Alissa & Dan {east coast wedding}

We were so excited to be apart of Alissa and Dan’s wedding day that took place in various locations around Wilmington, DE.  It was such an honor to be flown in to photograph their special day!  And calling it ‘special’ is an understatement.  Alissa and Dan’s day was full of so many personal touches and handcrafted items – from the wreaths on the church doors to the centerpieces at the reception hall.

With all that being said, our day started at the Sheraton Suites and then a short Limo drive took us to the Parsonage House.  This is where the ladies continued to get ready and Alissa became an incredibly beautiful looking bride.

The ceremony was nothing short of flawless and ended with the new Mr. & Mrs. Long exiting the church with loved ones outside throwing paper- airplanes in their direction.  It was picture perfect:-) As well as the leaf covered grounds at Bellevue State Park where we made sure to stop and take photo’s before heading to the DCCA.  As the day continued, the events just kept getting better and better with so many photo opportunities that I hope you enjoy in the post below.

Thanks again for choosing us to be apart of your unique and personal wedding day! Congrats

Then the party began…With glowing lights above and wonderful surprises throughout the evening.  It truly was a wonderful night!

Christina & Sam {wedding}

As soon as Nina’s parents opened the front door on the morning of October 29th I immediately felt welcomed into their family.  It was a wonderful pre-halloween weekend full of sunshine & joy in Cedarburg, WI.  After Christina put on her gorgeous white dress we headed to the park for ‘first look’ and family photo’s.  We even snuck in some play time in the park and ventured into historical downtown area before the ceremony.  It was truly a perfect Fall Wedding!

Then it was time…

Happy Halloween from the new Mr. & Mrs.

Family {road trip}

On October 1st my husband, our dog, and I began our 15 hour journey to Delaware to visit my family.  It had been six months since our last visit and this trip was extra important because my cousin, Frankie, was getting married.  Bellow is a little recap of his special day followed by some images of the rest of our vacation on the east coast.

Along with seeing loved ones and my dear cousin become a married man we got to spend some quality time with my niece, Delphine.  And I was sure to stick my camera in her face to capture some darling photo’s of her.

Towards the last part of our trip we decided to take a drive to Lewis Beach and stay at the families beach house.  It was a short stay but we managed to squeeze in a boat ride, a beach visit, a nice dinner, and check out the town.  It was a well needed break from our busy lives and we can’t wait to come back. Till then we have some images to remind ourselves of how beautiful this place is…enjoy:)

Before we knew it we were loading up our car and driving home.

Shane & Sarah {Wedding}

On September 30th, I had the chance to photograph a wedding at the Marcus Center for some really great people.

Overall, it was a low key wedding that was focused on family, friends, and celebration (just the way it should be).  I am so happy to have met these two individuals and was honored to be apart of their wedding day.  They were such a blast!

Here are some photo’s from that day. Congrats Shane & Sarah!

LUVD Clothing {Live LUVD Commercial}

This past weekend I accompanied Nick Cavalier on a shoot for LUVD Clothing.

I was stoked to be apart of this commercial production for LUVD because I love what it stands for; and how it promotes a lifestyle.  The idea of living your day to day life with passion, adventure, joy, and most of all Love.  With that in mind, we had a fun day in the city just ‘Living LUVD’.

Enjoy this short but sweet blog post.
